The Founder’s Club
The Origin
If you’re reading this, it’s because at one point in time we shared a special meal together where there was great food, better people, and a wine or two that paired perfectly with both. Food & wine are both so important to me and it’s something that my wife, Christina, & I try to share with as many people as often as we can. So, last year, I made the decision I was going to build a platform to share these moments more often and to share them with people I may not even know. This company, and idea, is called Pair & Pour.
How It Works
Each Quarter, our team of sommeliers will work together to curate incredible wines that our team of chefs then build recipes specifically for. The result? Chef inspired recipes paired with sommelier selected wines that you can enjoy in your own home for less than half the cost of going out.
The Process
And sure, while this approach does require you to cook at home, we see this as both the encouragement and - let's be frank, the gentle nudge - that most of us need to step into the kitchen, get to work, and learn something new. We also want to meet you where you’re at, which is why each wine comes with 3 different recipes of varying complexity so if you’re strapped for time or aren’t in the mood to cook you can still find a way to enjoy the experience.
Our Purpose
We believe we are sharing more than just food & wine, we believe we are sharing moments. Moments with friends, with family, with our partners, and even just moments of joy alone with ourselves. Food & wine connects us all in such fundamentally human ways and it would be my honor for our wines & recipes to join you in your kitchen.
This membership below is special - this will be our founders club. All other members will also receive 3 bottles each quarter as well, but in our founders club one of the bottles will be a Founders Bottle. These wines will have particular power and finesse and, as often as we can, will be sourced from premier cru, grand cru, and single domain estates along with special vintages that display particular beauty for the varietal or cuvee. This is our way of saying thank you for your early support and it will be our honor to source & procure these for you for years to come.
